Please note that Windows XP is the preferred operating system for use with TENGRAPH® Online (TGOL) using the Citrix software. If using Windows 2000, users are encouraged to install Service Pack 4 (using Windows 2000 SP3 to access TGOL using the Citrix software is not recommended).
Software required to access TENGRAPH Online (Macintosh Users)
Please note that the Department of Industry and Resources will provide only limited support for Macintosh computers and associated internet browsers running on Macintosh computers when accessing or attempting to access Tengraph Online.
This limited support will only be provided in relation to Citrix client software issues (version 7.x and above) when connecting to Tengraph Online. This support will be provided on a best effort basis for specific browsers which includes Internet Explorer (version 6.x and above) and Mozilla Firefox (version 1.5x and above).
Support will not be provided for security certificate related problems for Macintosh computers where the user has decided not to trust a certificate required for Tengraph Online. The Safari web browser that comes with Macintosh OS X is not supported.
Macintosh users will need to select the Macintosh Citrix Client download from the Citrix website. Download Citrix Client for Macintosh.
